Chloe Verdun is from the graduating Class of 2017 from Eaglecrest high school. This Spring 2024 she will be graduating from Metropolitain State University of Denver with a 3.7 GPA receiving a BFA in Art Education. Ms. Verdun has always had a passion for working with children and creating art from a young age she knew she wanted to be a teacher in the 3rd grade. Her philosophy of education is focused on social reconstructionism. She has been a preschool teacher for 4 years and is currently working at a low-income, minority preschool in Denver, Colorado.
Chloe Verdun is a Youth Advocate for the American Diabetes Association (2008-current). Verdun was Nominated for The Congressional Art Competition (2015). She is a member of the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library Stakeholders Design Work Group (2021-current).
